CUBE DEVELOPER
This developer will play a key role within our Business Intelligence (BI) team. The candidate we hire will have strong OLAP (On-Line Analytical Processing), ETL (extract, transform and load), multi-dimensional design and administration skills.
Required Skills:
* Should have 3 or more years overall experience with database design, implementation and SQL report development
* Minimum of 2 years experience delivering solutions with Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services.
* Experience should include requirements gathering, analysis and design of ETL processes using DTS packages, multi-dimensional databases, and OLAP cubes.
* Experience should also include delivering OLAP data to end users and a strong understanding of MDX (Multi-Dimensional Expressions).
* Must be able to build or alter queries to generate complex datamarts.
* Must be able to administer SQL Server and Analysis Services and improve performance.
* Must have Healthcare background.
* Bachelor?s degree from four-year College or University, or applicable work experience.
Desired Skills:
* Experience with BI tools (Cognos suite preferred ? specifically ReportNet, Metrics Manager, & Upfront).
* Strong business analysis experience.
Non-Technical Skills:
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Should be detail oriented, and have strong organizational skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
