CUSTOMER ENGINEER NEEDED

Responsible for performing installation of hardware, hardware diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, including multi-vendor maintenance with customer satisfaction and asset management as additional areas of responsibility. Requires customer interaction while performing repairs, installations, etc. Requires a willingness to travel locally, excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, and an innovative approach to problem-solving. A commitment to quality and customer service also required. Must have a valid driver?s license for driving a company cargo van. Loading and unloading of parts, tools and equipment required. Bending, stooping, walking, and lifting in excess of 25 pounds required. An Associates degree in electronics or computer technology is required. Equivalent experience from the military services is acceptable in lieu of a degree. Requires 1 to 5 years experience.

 

Additional Job Description:  

Virtual associate providing retail, financial, and networking break fixes and installation work in the Bozeman, MT and surrounding area. Customer skills, hardware skills, electronics skills and network skills required. Prefer candidates with either Cisco/Dell or Network certification. MUST HAVE A+ CERTIFICATION!!! Drug screening and background and credit check is required once engaged.
