Customer Liaison

You will serve as the primary interface between internal business clients, external business customers and Information Technology (IT) resources. Your responsibilities include managing multiple sub-project level application changes as well as partnering with business clients to develop optimum solutions to business problems. Additional responsibilities include managing work for quality, on-time delivery with a high degree of client satisfaction and maintaining productive relationships with clients, business customers and IT resources.

We require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and work related experience. You must also have proficient communication and personal relationship skills, organization and work management skills, and property/casualty insurance experience. Experience with project management or business analysis, vendor management, quality assurance and insurance applications are preferred. Personal Lines or Commercial Lines rating experience and Certifications (CIC, CPCU) are a plus.
