Customer Service Representative Pre/Post Sales

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for pre and post sales activities. These include preparing product quotations, managing license upgrades, entering orders for new products, achieving monthly renewal maintenance quota, responding to product related questions and providing shipping status.  It may also include reviewing contracts for valid pricing and policy adherence and working closely with the Sales organization to support the execution of those contracts.

 

Achievement of the monthly renewal quota is done by preparing maintenance quotations for renewal business accounts prior to current expiration.  Exercise sales skills and conversational logic to sell the maintenance contract via aggressive telephone follow-up and mailers.

 

2-4 years experience (must have call center exposure.) Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, self-motivated, driven by customer satisfaction, able to interact with all organizational levels and ability to run standard reports. Finance background preferred. Knowledge of PC systems required, especially Excel. Proficient in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
