Customer Support and Outreach Manager, Senior

Key Role: Lead a team of customer services professionals in providing solutions to a large customer base of 400+ end users and resolving user service request complaints in a customer call center help desk in a corporate or government environment. Provide customer relationship management service to Booz Allen’s client. Develop and implement a customer outreach program that includes client programs and products, assigning customer account managers as appropriate. Maintain accurate and current records of customers, sites, and deployed assets and apply experience and knowledge with network and systems management tools.



Basic Qualifications:


-7+ years of experience with managing a help desk or network operations center with 3+ staff members


-Ability to work in an on-call capacity for non-core hours system emergencies


-Secret clearance


-BA or BS degree


 


Additional Qualifications:


-Experience with Internet technology and Web page development and maintenance preferred


-Experience with intensive and progressive work managing a mid-size customer private or government service base using quality control procedures based on a proven contractor quality assurance program


-Experience with program administration, including cost estimation and developing and preparing technical requirements for new projects


-Ability to organize and present material to senior DoD and non-DoD officials preferred


-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
