The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of installations, configuring, maintenance and troubleshooting end-user workstation hardware, software, and printers; as well as demonstrates the same customer focused mentality and commitment to excellence that has facilitated our success in the community and beyond.
JOB SUMMARY: The Desktop Administrator is responsible for the support and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, software and networking issues.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited college in information technology or related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted. Two years experience directly related with troubleshooting workstations, networked environments, hardware, software, and network issues to resolution. Basic SQL skills; ad hoc queries and reporting Previous experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, ODBC, and Windows XP, as well as working knowledge of TCP/IP, switches and firewalls. Ability to maintain a positive attitude, work independently, and take direction. Good attention to details. Excellent communication skills and comfortable dealing with all levels of users. PEO experience, preferred.
