Applicants must be able to access the base location of Glenview, Illinois, and be easily accessible to Chicago O'Hare or Midway airports. Candidates must also be able to work a 40+ hour work week that will involve overtime and very flexible hours. There will be a significant amount of travel required up to 90%.

DESKTOP ENGINEER - QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: Must be open to flex schedule, overtime and extensive travel as needed Desire applicants to hold (A+) Certification or relevant working experience as a PC or Desktop technician. Windows XP Experience - (preferably with upgrades from Windows 2000 over to XP) Will provide 2nd level Desktop Support Pre and Post Installation Support Technicians might participate in a paid training session before project begins Technicians will follow directions and procedures that should be highlighted on a work scope list. Technicians will be required to troubleshoot, install, configure and support hardware and software issues during a Windows XP upgrade. All technicians must be physically capable of any necessary activities that may be involved and also be able to work in an extremely independent work environment. Looking for professional applicants to represent positively in both communication and face-to-face liaison abilities. Must communicate and express yourself strongly, clearly, concisely. Dress code will be business casual, slacks and collared shirts are appropriate.
