DPS Configuration/Business Analyst

PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Work with the team to recommend, design, plan, develop, and implement solutions to meet tactical, reliability, performance, control, and security requirements around client, project, pricing & billing.
- Create Functional Specifications for the development teams, including reporting specifications.
- Work with the Infrastructure teams on MARS monthly processing tasks.

- Perform SD and PS configuration as required.
- Resolve third level support issues around the DPS Application utilizing Service Desk.
- Work on assigned efforts during all life-cycle phases of the SAP Engagement Management project.
- Accountable for efficient and quality execution to meet department-wide Engagement Management goals and objectives in the most cost-effective and client-servicing manner, according to established firm-wide and department-wide standards, procedures, and processes.
- Coordinate and communicate technical requirements between Information Systems and Engagement Management users.

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems preferred or relevant technical training or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience with engagement management business practices and a good understanding of clients, project, pricing and billing, and reporting.? Knowledge of MARS, MDR and other
Deloitte systems would be beneficial.?
- Requires strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills.
- Some exposure to SAP configuration, design and development with the DPS solution.
- Experience with the SAP Enterprise release is desirable.
- Can identify and resolve common customer problems, issues or concerns.? Can identify and discuss client expectations as relevant to own area.? Must be able to monitor and report on delivery of what was promised.?
- Excellent oral and written communications skills are required
- Expertise of full life-cycle development methodologies.
- Expertise with standard Microsoft applications, including word-processing, and spreadsheet tools.?
- Experience with project management tools.
- Able to identify the firm's major lines of business (i.e. Audit, Tax, Deloitte Consulting).
- Understand the company's code of ethics and accepted business
practices.
