As our Data Analyst Team Leader, you will primarily be responsible for managing, monitoring and resolving issues related to the verification, validation, and approval of all contract, usage, billing, and pricing data. Valid data is necessary for accurate customer billing, forecasting of energy needs, and to support the on-going growth in the company. The Data Analyst Team Lead may supervise data analysts who are responsible for applications that identify potential data inaccuracies and respond with corrective action to ensure reliable data. In addition, the Data Analyst Team Lead will be the primary liaison to the Forecasting, Billing, Retail Pricing, Structure Desk and other functional groups, and to ensure that documentation and coordination with the SOX processes is maintained.

Additional Responsibilities include:

?Supervise the daily activities of any Structure Data analysts, monitoring the status of their assigned responsibilities, and the integrity and timeliness of data inmission critical systems.

?Work with IT management to support the data cleansing and conversion effors for major system upgrades, and to define and test changes to system interfaces.

?Perform the regular HU analyst responsibilities and provide backup to other team members as needed.

?Work with functional groups to communicate and facilitate the availability of quality data for fullfilling business requirements and promoting process and cost improvements.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor?s degree that includes information technology coursework (or equivalent experience) and five to ten years? experience with a background acquired through both education and on-the-job training. This includes, but is not limited to, database concepts including MS SQL, MS Access, programming knowledge, and analytical skills.
