 This position is to maintain and monitor the production data center environment to ensure the availability of information services and tools to Panera, LLC.

 

AccountabilitiesMonitor and maintain successful Job Streams Record the completion of critical processes to define and measure against SLAs Manage File Transfers to 3rd parties Maintain and Improve Custom Monitoring Programs Maintain Secure FTP Site Create and Maintain Custom Applications to Monitor, Track, Trend, numerous Data Center Processes and Services Maintain Databases for Reporting and Monitoring Tools Backup and Recovery Testing Assist in a back up role for Oracle DBA Assist as backup for deploying vendor and custom release software Secondary for In-depth analysis of cron jobs and business critical processes for capacity planning, efficiency, trending, and security Complete Checklists as required by defined Operation?s processes Create and Maintain Procedural Documentation 2nd Level Support for all Data Center Operational activities

QualificationsExpert level in Microsoft Office Products Excel Word Intermediate Skill level for the following systems components (2-3 yrs experience) Red Hat Linux AS 2.1 or Greater Windows XP Unix Shell commands X Windows TCP/IP Encryption Technologies Unix Shell and Windows Batch Scripting Backup Software Basic Skill level for the following systems components (1-2 years experience) Sendmail, SMTP SSL, SSH, SFTP, VPN BMC Dashboard, HP Openveiw Operations Perl, Java, HTML Intrusion Detection Technologies Object Oriented Databases, SQL, PLSQL
