Data Mapping Team Lead

Due to explosive growth Eliassen Group, Inc. is aggressively seeking to hire a full-time Data Mapping Team Lead for its Bio-Pharma Consulting Services Practice. Our Bio Pharma practice is our fastest growing division within our company and we are continuing to see increased demand for our services. As project manager your responsibilities will include and not be limited to the following:

 

Day to Day Management Responsibilities:

?  Managing the overall mapping project.

?  Ensuring timely milestone completion.

?  Leading out-of-scope negotiations.

?  Managing overall budget and timelines.

?  Interfacing at a central level with the team.

?  Providing appropriate communication to key leadership, sponsors and sites.

?  Providing connectivity between the mapping project and other initiatives that may impact mapping.

 

Mapping project scope:

?  Receiving databases and documents on an ongoing basis from client.

?  Creating/updating a logical data map for the study.

?  Re-mapping selected data files into a standardized format.

?  Submitting medical terms for auto-encoding of legacy coding terms to standardized dictionaries.

?  Creating data presentations using the client's standard reporting system.

?  Comparing newly created data presentations to legacy generated presentations.

?  Identifying and reconciling discrepancies in the data presentations.

?  Performing all Quality Control checks (QC) steps in accordance with the Mapping Process.

?  Obtaining client sign-off on completed work.
