ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, which may include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Devises, writes, and tests Data Entry screens to ensure that required information will be captured by data entry workers
?
Devises controls for new or modified computer application to prevent inaccurate calculations and to ensure discovery of errors.
?
Processes invoices, reports and electronic data for clients and data adjustments for the Promotions Department.
?
Prepares instructions for Data Entry workers
?
Assists in the distribution of noncompliance letters
?
Sets up reporting processes required by each individual promotion
?
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
?
