Data Warehouse Business Analyst

We are currently seeking someone for a contract to hire position in the Alpharetta area.? We are seeking someone with the following:

2 years of data warehousing experience participating in the development life cycle of different subject areas in the warehouse.? Experience in creating Business Requirements Documents for Warehouse projects.? Knowledge of Warehousing, Modeling, ETL, Sourcing, and Data Quality task associated with an Enterprise Warehouse

Requirements.

Technical Writing of Business Requirements Documents or like.? Experience with creating sourcing documentation for data applications. Expertise in gathering requirements and analysis for database. Experience with querying and working with databases.? Working knowledge of data modeling requirements and techniques at a enterprise/system-wide level. Knowledge of ETL tools.? Insurance background a strong preference but additional warehousing experience may offset that..?????????

Primary Duties

Briefly state in one or two sentences the primary purpose of this position.

Create project deliverables such as Business Requirement Document (BRD) to capture users requirements, source system information, system flow, transformation rules, and target system conceptual design to satisfy the user requirements. Work with the business on vetting requirements for the deliverables for the warehouse.? Work with IT source systems understand and document the data in the systems and transformations needed to satisfy the requirements outlined by the business.
