Data Warehousing Analyst - T-SQL

Data Warehouse experience might be helpful in this role, but not required; we're not using any formal ETL or BI tools in our environment, so a seasoned DW developer wouldn't necessarily be the best fit.

 

As far as specific technical questions, I've had better experience performing the technicals myself.

 

Must Haves:

  T-SQL (complex stored procedures)

  Relational Database Design

  Experience with complex analytics/metrics

  Experience handling large sets of data (1 million rows plus)

  DTS Packages

 

Nice to Haves:

  Query Optimization/Performance Tuning

  Star Schema Design

  Reporting experience
