About the Opportunity This position supports the Marketing team.  Responsibilities include the administration of program information and tables within CNH Capital systems (CALMS ? on-line credit application software) and Loan Originations (as relates to Credit, Retail Note Processing and IT); updating CALMS program administration manual and FINANCE PLUS user?s manual if changes to software occur (used by ASMs, DSG, Credit and Dealers). Creating ad hoc reports for the development and analysis of marketing programs by other members of the Marketing staff.  Supporting the development and testing of FINANCE PLUS software. Resolve Dealer and internal questions/issues regarding FINANCE PLUS functions and installation (must know how the system works, give suggestions to upgrades or change = problem solving).

 

Responsibilities

? Update marketing program information in CALMS and Loan Originations.

? Update ?key rates? in Loan Originations and CALMS.

? Resolving issues when Credit, RNP or Dealers cannot approve or fund a transaction.  Working with IT, find out what issues may be causing it in CALMS and Alltel systems.

? Program administration ? interpret marketing programs and enter necessary edits and updates in CALMS and Alltel systems.

? Reduce level of program administration ? working with IT ? stream line data required by the system, processes & procedures for variable rates, operating leases, etc.  Update system manuals.

? Trouble shooting and testing current systems which will lead to auto approval of loans, ensuring required changes are made.

? Fixing day-to-day problems in all systems

? Deciding how to input marketing programs into CALMS & Loan Originations systems

? Accurate and timely completion of finance program and rate information in the CALMS and Loan Originations systems

? Immediate resolution to Dealers and internal users regarding issues relating to CALMS administration or FINANCE PLUS software.

? Ongoing updates to CALMS administration and FINANCE PLUS manual as changes occur.

? Testing software ? follow a test plan to ensure the functionality of the system.  Assist IT as required.

? Handles CALMS/Loan Originations administration of program information for the U.S. & Canada

? Resolves CALMS and FINANCE PLUS issues for U.S. and Canadian Dealers and internal personnel

? Facilitates discussions pertaining to enhancements to CALMS and FINANCE PLUS software


Qualifications

? Product Knowledge (Ag & CE) required

? Working knowledge of CNH branded marketing programs

? Self-starter with the work ethic necessary to accomplish tasks in a timely manner

? Ability to manage and execute on multiple projects

? Must be interactive with various levels and departments throughout the organization

? Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Alltel, CALMS (required) & FINANCE PLUS (preferred)

? 2-3 years experience in Finance or Financial Services

? Experience with data warehouse reporting and database management.
