HLB Tautges Redpath is an industry leading regional accounting firm with approximately 100 employees and is located in White Bear Lake, Mn. We are the only public accounting firm in the state that is a 100% employee owned ESOP.  We are also one of the very few accounting firms to have a Database Coordinator position as  we understand the value of having internal data and work flow processes managed proactively.  We are seeking a highly motivated individual who The successful candidate for this position will have a 4 year college degree, something here about other qualifications.  proactive and To provide proactive vision and leadership in the design, reporting and maintenance of the Firm?s data.Assist in the management of the firm?s data which includes Time and Billing, Financial Reporting, Document Management, Scheduling and Customer Relationship Management.Manage Firm?s work flow processes by making recommendations for enhancements increase efficiency and improve customer service.
