Delivery Manager

Clearly, we are well positioned for the future. We are currently looking for a qualified Delivery Manager to join our Clarity division of the Business Services Optimization business unit.

The Clarity Technology Services organization is responsible for delivering business solutions to our customers using the Clarity software they have purchased. The Delivery Manager manages consultants, projects, revenue, and bookings within a geographic area. He or she reports into and works closely with the Services Manager running the area.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years work experience in Information Technology, Enterprise Software, or management consulting industry, with 2+ years selling services. Candidates should have experience managing multiple projects or accounts simultaneously, preferably managing other project managers. Delivery Manager Candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a budget and meet deadlines. Candidates will possess strong communication (oral & verbal) skills. Successful candidates will have proven project management skills as well as experience in writing Statements of Work. Successful candidates will have a strong management experience in IT pre-sales or services. Candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with a Master's Degree preferred. Travel is expected of 50-70% of the time.
