Deloitte Audit Technology- Project Management Office Co-Lead

Assist the DA Technology Workstream Project Management Office (TWS PMO) Manager in setting up and operating the TWS PMO.
SPECIFIC RESPONSBILITIES:
- Participate in setting-up, implementing and operating the PMO
- Enhance, develop and roll-out the protocols for the TWS PMO
- Liaise with the DA TWS Thread Managers to ensure buy-in and utilization of the PMO protocols. Collect feedback, report and propose improvements to PMO Manage
- Support the DA TWS Thread Managers implement PMO protocol
- Assist PMO manager in setting-up and sizing PMO operations
- Assist PMO manager in reporting to the DA program PMO, and in implementing program PMO protocols on the
Technology Workstream.

- Participate in PMO operation
- Support TWS Thread Managers in their day-to-day utilization of PMO protocols, standards, and tools and escalate any difficulties to PMO Manager
- Participate in Thread Managers weekly meetings
- Review status reports to ensure completion and gather complete understanding of the Thread situatio
- Act as a mentor to the PMO Analysts and review key artifacts they create
- Review, as well as prepare the TWS Weekly Executive Status report and liaise with PMO Manager on TWS project statu
- Accountable for the TWS Communicatio
- Prepare and facilitate TWS project meetings and working sessions
- Follow-up on the TWS action list

- Former PMO setting and operating is a plus
- Experience on a Custom Development System project that followed standardized Project Management methodology, tools and techniques
- Understanding of
the Audit business. Knowledge of the DA project is a plus.
- Microsoft Office suite and MS projectAbility to organize, supervise, and review the work of the PMO analysts
- Analytical skills to assess a project situation, recommend and implement solutions
- Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix environment with Managers and Executives
- Service minded and focused
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Thorough understanding of Project Management and Custom Development System methodologies
