Deployment Manager


 


 - Provides leadership, management, and supports development of the sub-ordinate employees including performance management, individual development planning, succession planning, employee communications, and positive working environment to ensure high productivity, employee engagement, and performance.
- Actively manage thedeployment of functionality/setups from development environment to test/production environments
- Engage development groups to define deployment checklist and deployment plan
- Ensure 24 hour support plans for both production and non-production environments are in place.
- Owns project plans and execution to deliver all environments/monitor performance related to Sawgrass

- Outstanding communication skills, a high sense of urgency, and a minimum of two years of resource management experience.
- Knowledge of existing IT systems, and data schemas is a plus
- This position requires 5-7 years of experience in project/release planning/coordination in a multiple parallel / staggered software / hardware release environment
- Release Management/Planning experience for a Live Production Environment
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies with a focus on Release Management
- Ability to work well with multiple related teams; and comfort staying current in an environment of frequent change.
- Ability to lead by influence and impact business decisions/processes through effective networking; excellent MS Office skills; and the ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities, consistently meeting deadlines.
