Design Analyst

We are currently looking for Design Analyst to work in our Denver, CO IT department.  A candidate should be able to drive requirements from multiple business units.  Work with the business partners to design a comprehensive solution involving business process and software solutions.  A candidate must be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and a fast paced environment.  Develop detailed documentation consumed by Business Partner, Development, and Quality Assurance team members.  Must demonstrate excellence in working both autonomously and as part of a team.


Qualified candidates will have the following:Minimum 4-6 years of enterprise software design experience Experience driving requirements and complex software design Bachelor?s Degree required Strong Business Process experience Siebel design experience desiredWeb application design experience desiredTechnical knowledge


Daily Responsibilities include:Working with business partners to determine business requirementsTranslating business requirements into system requirement optionsGenerating detailed system process flows and designs for new screensDesign support during development and quality assurance phases of the project
