Deskside Support Engineer

Certified or equivalent experience in troubleshooting and supporting Dell desktops and laptops is required. Certified or equivalent experience in supporting end-users on Microsoft products is necessary. Candidates must have experience on Microsoft Network attachment and VPN troubleshooting, certified or equivalent experience in troubleshooting and supporting Dell and HP brand desktop and workgroup printers, and 3 years of experience in supporting desktop environment. Knowledge of all Standard Desktop Applications as listed in Appendix section is required. Excellent customer interaction skills; time management skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments; and appearance/dress acceptable for working in an office environment are required. The following is a list of fully supported Applications by our clients Help Desk and Deskside Support: Symantec - Security Desktop Suite, Second Copy, Nortel Connectivity VPN Client; Ipass, Outlook, Outlook Web Access, Exchange Calendar, MS Office (all versions), MS OS (all versions), MS Internet Explorers; Adobe Acrobat Reader and Big Fix.
