We are seeking a Desktop Engineer in our Madison, WI office.

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Performs desktop level architectural analysis and design, creates standard PC images, conducts desktop hardware architectural assessments and other analyses, selects appropriate desktop technologies to maximize performance and minimize costs. Additional responsibilities include: Maintains, supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software problems, maintains proper documentation of system changes, handles application and user security administration, provides end users support for all system applications, installs and configures workstations.
