VHDA is looking for 3 individuals with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to round out its Desktop Services Department.  The Desktop Support Analysts provide support of MS OS and Office products, and hands-on desktop hardware repair and maintenance.  Successful candidates will have at least 2 yrs and/or Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science or other technical discipline, PC hardware/software experience including: training, installation/maintenance, and analysis and troubleshooting with users and products.  Must also possess strong business/technical communication skills, ability to maintain effective working relationships and problem solving ability.  Extensive knowledge and experience supporting MS Office, MS Outlook, Explorer, Norton, desktop fax, MS Access, MS XP, MS ADS, Exchange, HP and Xerox Printers, routers/hubs/cable infrastructure, telecommunication and peripherals desirable.  Hours will be M-F 9:00am-5:30pm or 8:30-5:00 with occasional evening and weekend work for special projects.  VHDA offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits package and a dynamic work environment.  If you?d like to join our team, please submit your resume with cover letter stating salary requirements by August 14, 2006, in one of the following ways:
