The person in this position is responsible for providing desktop support for our Carlsbad facility. Primary responsibilities include:

 
Answering calls and addressing issues related to hardware/software applications on the MS XP operating system
Resolving issues related to imaging systems, end user printer issues, monitor issues, etc.
Assisting with PC replacement and software installs
Managing hardware inventory



Some PC support experience is required, or must have A+ certification. Customer service experience is also needed. A bachelor’s degree and MS MCP certification are preferred. Prior desktop support experience is a plus.
