Job summary and primary responsibilities

Desktop Support ?Support will include Application installation, troubleshooting, hardware installation troubleshooting, repair, network support.
All aspects of 2nd and 3rd level technical desktop support.
Blackberry/Treo Support
Ensure technical requests are closed to established SLA?s

Additional duties will include basic infrastructure support, computer procurement, employee moves, and asset tracking

Job requirements:

Must have technical degree or equivalent. Very strong knowledge of Windows XP, Strong support knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Mail Client. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, must be able to work closely with others.
