Desktop Support Specialists

CIBER is looking for Desktop Support Consultants. These are full time positions with CIBER.  Currently, we have opportunities in Syracuse, New York.

Provide customer-friendly desktop computer services which includes installing and maintaining Windows XP PC?s and laptops in a Windows 2000/2003 Ethernet environment, as well as associated end-user hardware and software products. 

Candidates MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience in the following:working providing computer support in an enterprise with at least 1,000 userssupporting Windows XP clients in an Ethernet environment.supporting Office XP or highersupporting client server email applications in one or more of the following: Exchange/Outlook, GroupWise 6.0 or higher or Lotus/Domino2 years experience using an enterprise Help Desk system such as Peregrine or Remedy for trouble ticketing
