Developer III (PeopleSoft HCM)

 

Responsibilities: 

 Analyzes, designs, codes, tests, debugs, and implements new and enhancement projects for multiple application areas.  Acts as a consultant to business owners.  Develops and maintains source code.  Develops and maintains project schedules.  Communicates status updates.  Leads lower level employees.  Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of seven years systems development experience.
Fundamental knowledge of programming languages.
Experience in a complex, large company environment.
Strong verbal and written skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

 Experienced PeopleSoft HCM Technical Developer
? Application Designer (v 8.9)
? PeopleCode (v 8.9)
? SQR
? App Engine  (v 8.9)
? PeopleSoft Cobol
? SQL (Oracle required)
? PeopleSoft Data Management Tools and processes  (v 8.47)
? Experience in at least 2 PeopleSoft implementations and/or upgrades
? Functional HR, Benefits, Payroll & Self Service Functional Processes knowledge
? Functional HR, Benefits, Payroll & Self Service data structures and relationships knowledge
? Experience implementing/supporting PeopleSoft HCM in a global environment
