Developer, Sr. SAP BW & Reporting Systems

Will facilitate business process definition, modeling, and reporting for SAP Business Warehouse (BW) development. This entails working with business partners and SAP Business Analysts to define reporting requirements, converting them into functional specifications, assessing them against standard business content, determining the required BW design, creating and loading BW targets, and delivering reports. Requirements: Requires experience with all levels of ETL functionality. Integrating Business Warehouse with non-SAP operational systems. Hands-on experience with Administrator Workbench, configuration of information providers, time-dependent and independent master data/hierarchies. Expert level skills with SAP BW data modeling, data staging, data extraction, and logical/physical database design. Extensive experience with implementation of enhancements/user-exits in R/3 and BW. Strong working knowledge and problem-solving skills related to SAP BW Business Explorer (Bex) and SAP BW Web Application Designer. Experience with Web Reporting and/or other SAP Business Intelligence solutions. Extensive experience with data cleansing, aggregating, transforming and validating the data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Knowledge of ABAP/4, SAP Portal development, Crystal Reports, Data Integrator software (ETL), and Business Objects a plus. Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent work experience; 4-6 years SAP Business Warehouse implementation in a team environment. Also requires superior interpersonal communication skills, flexibility, responsiveness, conceptual reasoning skills and discretionary judgment.
