Direct Marketing Systems Administrator

This position is responsible for the support of the Direct Marketing applications and will serve as a back up for the Distribution Center System Administrator. Other responsibilities include the administration of applications, analysis and resolution of identified issues and the support of new application development. All work performed must be consistent with the Information Technology Development Methodology (ITDM) and all functions of this position must operate within compliance of Sarbanes-Oxley 4.04 regulations. Performance of all job functions strictly adheres to all IT defined standard SOX practices and IT departmental Metrics.

Qualified candidates must have:College degree in business, information systems or related field, or equivalent experienceTwo to three years minimum experience in a production support or system support role.The ability to work with minimal supervision in a multi-tasking environment.Good oral and written communication skills.Demonstrates teamwork capability. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.Ability to teach and/or relate technical concepts to non-technical associates.Must be able to work with time constraints, meet deadlines and handle multi-tasking.

Desired qualifications:Strong experience with mail order business, retailing and distributionExperience with Ecometry Open SystemsSQL experienceRelevant business experience to company
