Director App Development - Mail Order & Specialty Pharmacy- 19693

We are seeking a Director Application Development - Mail Order and Specialty Pharmacy to work at our Mason, Ohio location.  This position is responsible for directing applications development and maintenance activities including development of systems strategies and priorities in our . Essential duties to include, but are not limited to: Provides business relationship management. Establishes appropriate quality controls and procedures. Develops and implements appropriate staffing strategies. Management duties include hiring, training, coaching, counseling and evaluating performance of direct reports. Performs other duties as assigned.

 BS/BA in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent work experience required. Masters in Information Systems or related field preferred. 7-9 years of IT leadership experience required. Experience with mainframe and open systems is required. Knowledge of  Pharmacy products and services is strongly preferred. Experience leading an organization through significant change (change management skills) required. Experience with development of information systems strategies and architectures required. Staff development,coaching/mentoring and customer relationship management skills required. Strong presentation, communication and negotiating skills required.
