The Director of Customer Integrations is responsible for day-to-day operation of the customer integration team. This will include creating and managing business processes that will streamline customer integrations, managing the activities of the integration team, foreseeing, planning, organizing and controlling the resources necessary to effectively complete customer integrations, managing the entire integration process and assuring the successful maintenance of each and every customer. Successful candidates will be very capable in a hands-on manner to complete customer integrations themselves as well as directing all the members of the integration team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

? Support the management and planning of all efforts associated with customer integration to include: development and management of integration processes, manage the expectations of all stakeholders, manage customer relationships, manage one or more integration teams in bringing customers on-line, and communicate and manage tasks and activities to a schedule with the team.
? Develop and manage a set scope of work for each customer integration that will be delivered through effective expectations setting, communications, and overall business understanding of the project needs.
? Actively support the business team?s efforts, to include: integration plan, scope management, resource management, time management (activities & task planning), communications, risk management, integration training, and integration delivery.
? Lend support to various business and technology teams as necessary during integration to ensure solid, scalable, robust solutions.
? Communicate effectively in both verbal (i.e. day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and written (requirement requests and design suggestions) form, as well as have an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communications.
? Accurately assess the risks associated with each integration.
? Support the development of team members from a professional and technical level.
? Effectively manage multiple priorities.
? Perform additional job-related duties as requested

Education/Experience:

? Bachelor?s degree in IT-related field, AND
? At least 8 (eight) years of experience in customer integrations, OR
? Relevant combination of education and experience, AND
? Guru level experience working in DHTML, JavaScript, and client-side web technologies.
? Preferred: Experience with XML, AJAX, and Flash
? Preferred: Customer management experience on large, custom development software projects
? Preferred: Experience with projects utilizing object-orient languages in a multi-tiered environment
