Responsible for leading and directing the activities of assigned staff which includes ensuring that the quality of programs and/or systems developed meet the individual, unique needs of end users while remaining consistent with West?s corporate policies, procedures, and philosophies; ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum five years of increasingly responsible management experience in MIS or computer science required Minimum of three years supervisor experience required Based on area of responsibility and departmental need, knowledge of: one program platform is required (Tandem, Windows, Unix, or Web) and/or one standard programming language is required (i.e., C, SQL, Data Comm, Visual Basics, C++, COBOL, HTML, PERL, etc.) Knowledge of a suite of office software packages
