Job Description

 

Will have immediate responsibility for new store openings as well as store re-models for a multi chain specialty retailer. Will be a member of a team required to meet store opening deadlines with all required systems in place at the time of the store opening. Will be required to manage multiple external vendors to meet the required deadlines. Will also have direct responsibility for Internal POS Help Desk for both divisions. Will be required to meet the company defined SLA's and recommend changes both procedural and organizational that will help better support the stores.

 

 

 

Requirements

 

? 10+ years in retail POS store systems. Thorough knowledge of Point of Sale systems, new store installations and help desk support.

 

? Minimum 7 years of management.

 

? Excellent project management skills. Must be able to handle multiple projects and deal with multiple vendors simultaneously.

 

? Excellent oral and written communications skills are a must.

 

? Must be able to handle constant changes to schedules and be able to adjust and manage external vendors to meet stringent deadlines.
