Director Technology Operations

Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for support of TeleTech's global infrastructure. This includes data network, Unix, NT and application support.
Excellent analysis skills are required, as is the ability to work independently. Good documentation skills are necessary. Experience in a dynamic, fast paced, environment is required. Must be able to think outside of the box. ITIL knowledge a must.
Good communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to interface with people from all levels of the organization.
Excellent planning skills are required. This position will be responsible for high-risk changes to the environment. Appropriate system change definition, documentation, and execution is required.
The ability to lift 50 lbs is required for server installs or similar activities.
Off hours and weekend work is required.

-Architecture, Design, and Implementation
- Project management
- Level 3 Support

QUALIFICATIONS:
A broad range of experience is required across the following areas:
- Windows OS - 2000 and 2003
- Microsoft Active Directory 2000
- Microsoft Exchange 5.5 and 2000: Mixed mode experience required / Active Directory ADC creation and management required
- Microsoft IIS
- Citrix Metaframe XP
- Networking Knowledge including DHCP, WINS, DNS, TCP/IP, and Routing including design and implementation.
- Large Environment Background - 10000+ user base
