Reporting Relationships
?Reports to Senior Director of Transition Transformation and Cross Functional Processes
?Management responsibility for Transition Transformation personnel
?Peer relationship all with Supplier Management Team functional directors.
?Leads the relationship for Americas Transition & Transformation plans with the service provider.

Experiences, Competencies, Abilities
?Experience in managing multi-country European IT transition or experience from either a client or service provider perspective in managing large European IT sourcing engagements
?15+ years of experience in the delivery of IT services.
?Bachelors degree; MBA preferred
?Strategic planning, risk mitigation and problem solving capability
?Proven interpersonal skills: two-way communications skills (oral and written), ability to build relationships, influence others, work with a diverse internal customer base
?Trusted relationship with business and IT stakeholders
?Excellent team and consensus building skills
?Ability to find creative solutions when options are limited
?ITSM certification preferred


Specific responsibilities include:
?Direct and indirect resource management with GIS functional the IT service provider to develop, execute and monitor Americas transition / transformation plans.
?Manage and mitigate business risk associated with the Americas transition and transformation activates and demands.
?Manage GIS functional stakeholder relationships to Supplier; regularly communicate Suppliers overall America?s transition and transformation plans to senior management.
?Manage GIS functional stakeholder transition and transformation demands internally and interface to Supplier.
?As America?s transition and transformation problems occur, confirm and review Supplier improvement plans.
?Monitor and communicate to the Sourcing Management Team, Supplier and senior GIS management on activities, which will assure adherence to the contract?s goals, objectives, and, measures of success.
