Director of Application Development & Web Design
New IT Unit has an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to head-up our Applications Development / Web Design area. Candidate will be responsible for the application development, production support, online order entry system, web site design, online publications, coding, testing, and support of new and existing Internet enabled databases and applications.
Provides end-user technical support including, but not limited to, configuring hardware, performing hardware/software installations, troubleshooting and correcting H/W and S/W problems. Will provide performance management activities for all staff, includes coaching, training and development; and oversee our data communication; will need to define internal IT goals and objectives. Analyze application performance, availability, and accuracy for each supported application. Develop new applications and provide input in identifying technological strategies.
This exciting position will give you the ability to develop new strategies for our E-commerce systems, and other client solutions. Will be member of quick-response user-support team and generally works under deadlines, operating independently to resolve end-user problems.
The ideal candidate posses 2-5 years of experience in the design, development and support of both web and client based data applications.
