Director of IT Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Director of IT Infrastructure to join our Information Technology department.



This individual will effectively direct and provide leadership for all aspects of the Technical infrastructure and Data Center, including network and security administration, computer operations, disaster recovery, IT purchasing, telecommunications, and help desk support.Responsibilities will include establishing and enforcing standards and procedures in order to deliver operational excellence, setting group and individual goals, work activities, priorities and deadlines, and managing and monitoring staff performance.  Must also ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and Graham Leech Bliley.



Candidate must have:

* 7+ years experience in data center management and establishing a structured technology environment

* Excellent organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills

* A firm understanding of LAN/WAN networks, Oracle platforms, system administration and operations

* Experience with IT budget preparation and expense management



College degree strongly preferred, but not required.
