Director of Information Technology

As the Director of Information Technology, you will report to the President/COO and be responsible for all IT functions, including short-term and long-term planning and managing and participating in the day-to-day operations of the company.  This senior management job has three areas of responsibility:  software development and maintenance, database administration, and network administration.  The ideal candidate will have knowledge of IIS6.0, ASP and ASP.net programming, experience with designing and maintaining complex Oracle databases, and expertise with network administration and network infrastructure.  The job will manage two software engineers and see that there are other sufficient resources internally or outsourced to provide the coverage and expertise required for system reliability, security, and data integrity.  The job will require being on-call for system emergencies and arranging for back-up coverage.

Knowledge and skills you need to apply:

 

Four year degree in computer information systems

ASP.Net, ASP, C# programming concepts and experience

Two or more years of experience with Oracle 9i

Database administration

Two or more years experience with Window Server 2003 System Administration

Five or more years of project management/supervisory experience

 

Preferred:

MCSE, MCSA, or OCA certification
