The Director of Marketing will develop marketing promotions in support of brand, packing and channel demand creation strategies that support client?s business priorities and targeted strategic customer needs. This will include working with an outside organizations to localize client promotions, working to develop specific corporate and divisional promotions, account specific programs, special event management and support on program point-of-sale (POS) development.

This position is the primary account management contact for all marketing assets. The individual in this roll will be responsible for relationship management, contract development and negotiation.

Key Accountabilities:
# Create and manage contract relationship with all company marketing assets/sponsorships
# Develop and implement demand creation programs for customer management consistent with brand and package strategies focused on desired business objectives and targeted customer needs.
# Provide innovative and volume driving activities for major customer accounts.
# Create strategic vision and manage company special events/interactive marketing team

Required Skills:
# Bachelor's degree in related major with MBA desired
# Senior leadership experience within marketing for a CPG company - beverage industry preferred
# Brand Management, Customer Management and Contract Negotiation experience required. Must have ability to analyze marketing proposals in light of marketing strategies and targeted customer objectives.
# Ability to negotiate and leverage major sponsorship accounts
# Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
# Strong business/financial acumen
# Ability to work across all groups and levels within the organization
