Director of Networking and Technical Services

 

The Catholic Health System is searching for a mission-oriented IT leader to provide strategic direction for an award-winning IT infrastructure. 

 

 To be successful you will need:

 Degree in computer science, electrical engineering or business administration. Master's or PhD. degree in one these fields preferred.Four years of college and ten years experience in the network and PC areas of the computer field (three of which should be in a management capacity). Expert knowledge telecommunications, networks, mass storage, programming, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications.Technical experience with enterprise security, databases, Web development, and user support.

 

These skills will help you achieve success in fulfilling a wide scope of responsibilities that will include:Working with the VP/CIO to establish, monitor and communicate the Company?s overall technical objectives, initiatives, and strategy.Participating as a member of the senior IT management team in governance processes of the organization's architecture, telecommunications, networks, security, storage, and desktops.Assisting the VP/CIO in developing, tracking, and controlling the IT department's annual operating and capital budgets.Champion service excellence within the CHS enterprise.
