Director of Systems and Security Needed for Financial Services Company!

Established and growing financial services company located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley is seeking a Director of Systems & Security to manage our IT department.  This person will be hands on and is not only going to be heading up the systems administration duties, but will also be our point person for all security related issues.  We also operate in a high traffic web environment, so previous experience in that field and knowledge of issues related to high up time environments is necessary.

 

- Must have minimum 5+ years of overall work experience.

 

- We need someone with a good current technical background doing Windows Server Administration (2K, 2K3), Exchange, IIS, and Active Directory.

 

- Strong background with CISCO and SQL Server is necessary.

 

- Good security background is absolutely necessary using firewalls, setting policies and procedures (especially related to the Financial industry), and managing all aspects of our company?s security needs.

- Ability to manage our IT group as well as purchase new technologies.

 

- Excellent communication skills are a must.
