Responsibilities:

????????? Manage, develop and recruit a team of product managers and quality assurance personnel

????????? Create and maintain the Product Roadmap:

o??????? Establish product requirements for new features and functions to be incorporated into the application.

o??????? Analyze requirements, develop detailed functional specifications, review design documentation, and participate in design reviews.

o??????? Work with development team to turn requirements into reality through innovative software designs.

????????? Maintain and advance product management best practices

????????? Analyze competitive product offerings in the marketplace

????????? Conduct primary customer research and perform in depth customer reviews to understand their business challenges and system requirements

????????? Serve as internal product champion and participate in setting the strategic and technical direction for the company

?

Requirements:

????????? 5+ years in Product Management or 2+ years as Director of Product Management in enterprise-level application development company - For Financial Software.

????????? Bachelor of Science required; MBA or other quantitative advanced degree preferred

????????? Thorough understanding of large-scale financial analysis and planning and multinational business requirements within the global marketplace.

????????? Self-starter able to work both autonomously as an effective part of a team

????????? Excellent interpersonal skills and proven track record of building strong relationships and credibility with partners, customers, prospects and press/analysts.

????????? Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize workloads and work under time constraints.

????????? Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.

Finance Experience Required:??

????????? Familiarity with corporate compliance requirements (including Sarbanes-Oxley) International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), SEC reporting, and business standards such as Extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL).

????????? Experience working with at least one agile project management methodology that promotes frequent iterative releases, customer driven development, and ongoing customer acceptance testing

????????? Technical expertise with full life-cycle implementations of Enterprise Business Applications, CRM or ERP systems.

Travel Requirements:
Initial travel requirements minimal with travel potentially increasing to 25% (domestic & international).
