Document Management/Imaging Specialist - (TR10504)

Grade K This position is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and maintaining departmental document management/imaging systems and programs. Also responsible to perform a variety of difficult and responsible systems administration duties to ensure effective support for department operations and compliance with applicable public records retention rules, corporate policy and government regulations; and performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications include: 4-year degree in Science, Math, Computer Science or Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in large and complex client server environments (2-300 servers) supporting multiple lines of business required, experience with an IBM/Microsoft environment preferred. Requires strong knowledge of server and desktop processing/operating systems that enables incumbent to work at the highest level of all computer operations phases. Must be competent to handle complex problems concerning systems operations and possess outstanding problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Must have solid experience with the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with IBM Content Manager, MQSeries Workflow, RightFax, and Input Accel; with Tivoli, DB2, and a solid experience with Document Management/Imaging infrastructures and their design; and with VB Script and other scripting languages preferred.
