Documentum Lead Architect/Developer

We are looking for a Developer to join us in Groton, CT. This position is for an individual looking for unlimited success.

To be considered, you should have 5 to 7 years of actively serving in a Documentum Lead Architect/Developer role with a proven ability to design and implement Documentum based global solutions. You should have experience in implementing Documentum, and in designing high-availability systems. You will have an intimate knowledge of Documentum versions 4 and 5 and of all Documentum products and services and the ability to implement them as needed. You must have the ability to review EMC design documentation and provide input on consistency across applications, more efficient/appropriate solutions, and optimal usage of resources (e.g., hardware, software and development); ability to communicate with and influence customers, provide technical and strategic leadership to both the client and development resources, work with team members and resources across organizations, to develop common processes, standards and guidelines and execute accordingly, obtain buy-in on and enforce adherence to process and procedures, willingness to document infrastructure build process for a reproducible setup.
