Description
The person in this position will be responsible for the development, engineering and administration of Enterprise System Management infrastructure, applications tools and vendor products, joining the Enterprise Computing Management & Monitoring group (ECMM).
- Product evaluation
- Development and maintenance of tools (scripts)
- Product architecture and deployment
- Problem investigations, troubleshooting (typically escalations from our support team))
- Vendor interface
- User training and consulting


Skills Required
- proven hands on experience in Enterprise Production Infrastructure management
- Windows System administration background with good programming skills
- Windows/Unix Storage Internals, ACLs, NAS SAN
- Ability to manage system administration tools and manipulate data for reporting, diagnosis and management
- Programming Skills ? VB script, Java Script, WMI, T-SQL, C#, Perl, XML/SOAP
- Databases skills (MSSQL, Sybase)
- Good understanding of Infrastructure Monitoring Systems
- Good communication skills
