The Kellogg Company has an opening for an EDI Coordinator An EDI Coordinator for the Kellogg Company is a business liaison responsible for building sound, reliable working relationships through contacts and dealings with Customers, Brokers, Carriers, Public Warehouses, Co-Manufacturers, Co-Packers, and many Kellogg departments.Serve as liaison between customers, carriers and the shipping department.The EDI Coordinator is responsible for insuring timely, accurate Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) document processing. They maintain profiles in our EDI translation software and SAP; monitor communications and transactions; manage exceptions and pursue timely, long-term resolutions to identified issues. They also coordinate and execute document and process tests; support team project work; and create and update documentation including EDI implementation guides using specialized software.

Requirements
A Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Computer Science, MIS or a related discipline is preferred. 2 + years of professional work experience in Customer Service, EDI, Logistics, Information Technology or related areas is preferred. Strong computer skills are essential. A working knowledge of SAP and EDI translation software such as, Gentran or Gentran Integration Suite is beneficial. Any experience as a UNIX user is a plus.The position requires strong analytical and problem solving skills; must be detail and task orientated; organized, able to multi-task and manage work under pressure to meet multiple, concurrent deadlines.
