The candidate we are seeking is accountable for ensuring active management of location specific objectives listed below to address the current workload issues located in the EDS/Trade Services Integration function.

 

Specific Key Tasks

* In conjunction with vendors, ensure all Change Controls are agreed and approved on behalf of Services IT and our clients.

* Ensure that expenditure to be approved by the EDS/Trade Services Integration team are investigated and approved as per policy.

* Raise and monitor RFP's & RFS's to ensure there is satisfactory turnaround for requirements raised by the EDS/Trade Services Integration team.

* Effectively manage and track Audit points through to conclusion.

* Work with Client Executives to calculate service costs and appropriate recharge metrics.

* Work with TNS team and vendors to migrate invoicing & verification responsibilities.

* Track EDS/Trade Services Integration team projects to ensure they remain within governance and budget.
