ERP Analyst - SEM, BPS, BW

Under moderate supervision, configures, customizes, deploys, maintains and upgrades Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application modules. Analyzes user requirements to determine ERP system configuration and customization. Implements, maintains and upgrades ERP application modules. Assists in systems planning, scheduling and implementation. Initiates corrective action to stay on schedule. Provides programming and operations support more moderately complex ERP application modules. Typically requires two to three years of proven experience through knowledge and skill base.Responsible for the development, and maintenance of enterprise SAP Business Information Warehouse (BW) and SEM systems.
Assist in the design, development, implementation and support of BW and SEM objects, including ODS, cubes, multiproviders, planning areas, planning levels, layouts and queries within the established timeframes.
Layout and query development includes deployment via BEx and the web.
Ensure all development processes and methodologies are followed to ensure quality deliverables that meet the customer's needs.
Provide expertise in SAP BW and SEM functionality, perform the execution of systems maintenance, enhancement and production support to ensure that service level expectations for functionality, availability, performance, security and control are fulfilled.Two or more years of proven experience with SAP BW or SEM, preferably v3.0 or higher.
Two to five years experience with Data Warehousing solutions including Hyperion Essbase, will be considered in lieu of SAP BW experience.
Experience with web development, including HTML, JavaScript or Microsoft .NET technologies a strong plus
Experience with development of user interfaces using web or Microsoft Excel desired
Experience with SAP SEM v3.5 or higher desired
Experience in SAP R/3 (version 4.6c or Enterprise a plus), including ABAP, ALE, BAPI, RFC, BDC, IDOC, LSMW, EDI, Smart Forms and SAP Script desired.
Experience with Oracle, Unix desired
Experience developing reports delivered via mobile device technology desired
A high sense of urgency.
Strong communication skills both technical and functional.
Able to understand business requirements and write IT requirements definitions.
Assist in the development and maintenance of work plans and test plans.
Understand general order to cash and supply chain business principles.
Project management background desired
Experienced in a structured development methodologies
Ability to perform on call duties and perform after hours/weekend support
High level of customer service focus required
Ability to interface with and influence personnel at all levels of the ConAgra Foods Enterprise.
Four-year college degree in computer science, information systems or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Degree in Information technology or other related field desired.
