ERP Application Support Analyst
Long and Foster, the #1 privately-owned real estate company in the US, is looking for an ERP Application Support Analyst. This position will provide support services for our CRM applications, including providing second tier support for questions and issues, aligning business needs to software capabilities, managing the upgrade process, and advanced reporting.
Position requires a college degree and a minimum of three years related work experience. The ideal candidate will possess:
? In-depth, hands on knowledge of and experience with ERP and desktop applications. Knowledge of Peoplesoft CRM desired
? Indepth knowledge of SQL required
? Knowledge of Microsoft.NET and Crystal reports desired
? Very strong Customer service orientation, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical problem solving skills.
? Financial services or commercial industry experience a strong plus
? Big 5 consulting experience desired
? Comfortable working in a fast paced, team oriented work environment
