As part of the Capgemini Technology Services Group, use your expertise and strong analytical skills to lead and support SAP Application software integration projects and sales efforts. Responsible for directing and managing consulting engagements and sales efforts. Directs and manages the overall and day-to-day technical and business aspects of client projects to ensure quality of engagement work products, solutions, and deliverables to achieve client satisfaction. Identifies, defines develops, and implements techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and effectiveness for clients. Generates and manages consulting revenues. Manages, contributes, and participates toward the attainment of group and individual goals by transferring knowledge, monitoring engagement team performance, and providing timely and productive feedback. Monitors and directs professional staff members to comply with firm initiatives and processes.
Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:
? 8-10 Years SAP related experience including at least 3 SAP end to end engagements
? Experience in a Global SAP implementation or rollout
? Professional Services Firm (Big 5) prior consulting experience a must (preferably IBM, Accenture, Deloitte or BearingPoint)
? Proven ability to drive sales opportunities from project/prospect identification through close
? Ability to drive growth of the SAP SL via sales support and marketing activities, including working with existing Capgemini SAP ERP customers to deploy SAP modules
? SAP project management experience to include serving as the Project Director on at least one end to end SAP implementation
? Expertise using SAP Solution Manager delivery methodology and supporting tools
? Experience with SAP release 4.6 or higher
? Project experience in all SAP life-cycle phases ? Start-up and Prep, Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go-live & Support
? In-depth knowledge of some industry focus such as Manufacturing, CPRD (or Retail), Automotive, Life Sciences, DRP and their supporting business processes and how they are enabled by SAP
? Knowledge of the SAP modules, including in-depth implementation knowledge of at least one SAP module serving as a team lead on that module
? Knowledge of SAP cross-functional integration points with other modules (i.e. BW, SD, MM)
Position requires a strong track record of professional success preferably in the Consulting Services arena.
- Candidates should also possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are needed.
- Time management skills are a must, as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
- College degree in a related area of study, with advanced degree highly preferred.
- MUST be willing to travel extensively, up to 100%.
